Our mature vineyards are unique with their rocky limestone soils. Our rows of vines are quite literally stony rows for our low yielding Riesling vines. A fragrant and crisp style suited to enjoy as an aperitif or with delicate meals.

Tasting Notes

The nose displays vibrant notes of Granny Smith apple and citrus peel, complemented by fresh cut herbs and subtle floral hints of white blossom. On the palate, a focused line of lemon, lime, and grapefruit flavours leads into undertones of guava and soft florals. The mouthfeel is crisp and clean, supported by a mineral edge. Acidity is bright and finely woven, driving a long, zesty finish.
