In 1838 Walter Thomson, with wife Jane, arrived in Australia and established a winemaking tradition. Faithful to his approach, our estate grown parcels are carefully tended by our vignerons to create wines of great intensity.

Glorious vantage lookouts along the cliffs of the beautiful River Murray can be enjoyed near our mature vineyard.

Tasting Notes

A rich aroma of tropical fruits, zesty citrus, ripe peach and floral frangipani. Lush flavours of melon, pear, apple and pineapple, with fig adding depth. The clean, fresh acidity and light, rounded body provide a robust mouthfeel, leading to a persistent, crisp finish.
