Made specifically to pair with food. Old vines of the Zibibbo variety, planted on our estate in the 1970s, are carefully tended to produce a zesty wine. Grown from the single vineyard fruit on ancient sheet limestone with red desert sand overlay.

Tasting Notes

This wine showcases tropical fruit flavours with a refreshing grapefruit texture. Its medium body and dry nature create a balanced backdrop for the lively acidity to stand out. The experience concludes with a lingering and fresh finish, leaving a pleasant impression on the palate.
