Chardonnay vines planted on our estate in the early 2000s, are carefully tended to produce wine with depth and minerality. Grown on ancient sheet limestone with red desert sand overlay, the low yielding fruit was influenced by seasoned French oak.

Tasting Notes

An elegant and complex aroma, featuring subtle chalky mineral notes alongside ripe peach and soft oak undertones. Hints of custard apple bring a refined, nuanced depth. The palate possesses a seamless blend of stone fruit, lime zest, and tropical hints. The fresh acidity and gentle oak create a balanced mouthfeel, leading to a refreshing, clean finish.
