Hand-selected Chardonnay from our Scotts Creek vineyard, nurtured in the limestone-rich soils of our estate, takes centre stage in crafting this Blanc de Blanc.

Tasting Notes

Abundant aromas of green apple, lime and almond bread. A clean, crisp and refreshing palate, light-bodied, unfolds with citrus, grapefruit and lime tart flavours, culminating in delicate bubbles on the finish.
