Made specifically to pair with food. Old vines of the Zibibbo variety, planted on our estate in the 1970s, are carefully tended to produce a zesty wine. Grown from the single vineyard fruit on ancient sheet limestone with red desert sand overlay.

Tasting Notes

With inviting aromas of pineapple, guava and tangerine, this wine presents a dry, medium-bodied profile with a lively texture and well-balanced acidity, providing a refreshing mouthfeel. It offer a floral character with notes of custard apple and mandarin, alongside fresh exotic tropical fruits. The finish islong and fresh.
