Tasting Notes

On the nose, ripe dark cherry and pomegranate, layered with cracked black pepper, strawberry leaf and subtle redcurrant. Hints
of mocha and aniseed add depth. Raspberry, dark plum, and dark chocolate flavours unfold with subtle hints of rhubarb and custard. Balanced acidity lifts the fruit, while medium-weight tannins provide structure.
