Handpicked old vine Grenache was fermented for 10 days in open fermenter with temperatures. Pressed between 0-2 Baume and according to taste. A Combination of hand selected French and American hogshead and barriques for up to 2 years.

A vibrant display of fresh red cherry, raspberry and red current fruits with a plush savory tannin structure and soft acid finish giving elegance to the wine.
