Medium depth of attractive purple/red. An
appealing bouquet of cherries, mulberries and raspberries with just a hint of musk. Is lively, vibrant and smooth with ample flavour of cherries and
strawberries. It is well balanced with subtle tannins adding to the lingering, refreshing finish. Very enjoyable on its own as an aperitif, however, this wine shows at its best when accompanying all but the spiciest of meat or vegan dishes. This delightful, vegan-friendly wine is certified – “Sustainable
Winemaking”. It has the potential to evolve and gain further complexity over the next 2-3 years with careful cellaring. It will amply reward the patience.
