This single vineyard Shiraz showcases a rich and generous style. Made from estate-grown grapes dried on the vine to enhance flavour concentration and natural sweetness, this full-bodied wine is bold and intensely flavoured. It has been aged for 18 months in American and French oak barrels, adding complexity and harmonizing the flavours. The result is a multi-layered wine with luscious dark fruit notes and smooth, approachable tannins.
