In the 1850s Paddy Devlin ran a wine Tavern, peddling wine to weary cattlemen.  On a clear night when sitting back, enjoying a glass of wine on the River Murray, Devlin’s Mount can still be seen on the cliff top.

Tasting Notes

Mild weather conditions throughout the 2022 growing season allowed the Cabernet Sauvignon fruit to evenly mature with balanced ripening. From
Spring onwards saw light rainfalls and a moderate climate allowing so the fruit captured the vibrant varietal flavours.

Our 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon was managed carefully - fermented in open topped fermenters to capture the strength, flavours and colour, supported by French and American oak to give the tannin backbone.
