In the dark of night, miles from any soul, the bats awaken. Swooping over the marshy wetlands, past the old ruins. Flying slowly using the echolocation navigation for hunting prey, 100 Bats swarm and glean insects from the vineyard and reeds to feast for the night.

Tasting Notes

It reveals a complex mix of spices and dark fruits, enriched with nutmeg and dark chocolate, making for a captivating aromatic profile. Rich flavours of cinnamon, dark berry fruits and cloves burst in the glass. The acidity is well integrated, and the tannins are round and silky, providing a full-bodied experience with robust, smooth flavours.
