In 1838 Walter Thomson, with wife Jane, arrived in Australia and established a winemaking tradition. Faithful to his approach, our estate grown parcels are carefully tended by our vignerons to create wines of great intensity.

Glorious vantage lookouts along the cliffs of the beautiful River Murray can be enjoyed near our mature vineyard.

Tasting Notes

Exhibiting an elegantly balanced weight, the palate exudes liveliness and a spirited zest. Abundant notes of lemon, lime, and tropical fruit meld harmoniously, accompanied by a well-balanced acidity. This wine pairs seamlessly with lighter-style vegetarian dish or seared salmon with a creamy sauce.
