Tasting Notes

Aromas of Granny Smith apple and fresh citrus esters, layered with crisp garden greens and a hint of white blossom. Lemon, lime, and grapefruit lead the way, with fresh guava and floral tones adding complexity. The texture is crisp and precise, layered with mineral drive. Lively acidity and soft chalky tannins extend through a long, vibrant finish. tannins that linger.
