Tasting Notes

Aromatic layers of toasty French oak, guava, ripe pineapple, and integrated stone fruits, particularly white peach. Subtle citrus zest and nutty oak nuances complete the bouquet. The palate is elegant yet expressive, with stone fruits, guava, and tropical layers supported by gentle oak spice and a hint of white pepper. Clean acidity drives the flavours, while white tannins and a touch of flinty minerality provide length and balance. Medium-bodied with excellent structure, the wine finishes long, zesty, and textural.
