Tasting Notes

Bright white gold with a subtle green hue. White peach and guava with ripe pineapple, citrus zest and nutty French oak. This medium bodied wine displays stone fruit, guava and tropical flavours with a hint of white pepper and clean acidity providing length and balance to the wine. Partial maturation in seasoned French oak has added texture and complexity, with a touch of flinty minerality leading to a long, zesty finish.
