This Byrne Family Cabernet Sauvignon delivers richness and complexity in classic varietal style. Estate Grown fruit is lovingly crafted into the highest quality wines throughout the harvest to optimise the flavour and character balance.

Tasting Notes

The 2022 vintage gave exceptionally consistent temperatures where the average February ripening temperatures were cooler. These ideal conditions led to elegance in varietal characters. Careful monitoring of the fruit ripening meant we were able to pick the fruit with maximum flavour while retaining balance to the wine.
