A rich tapestry of flavours from the vine dried Shiraz grapes which has been captured by the reduction in grape content and increased skin to juice proportions. This is an elegant and full flavoured wine which brings strength in flavour with finesse and grace.

Tasting Notes

  • Plum and ripe strawberry are lifted by conserve like richness, layered with subtle toast, nutmeg and dark chocolate. Full-bodied and generous, the palate reveals plum, blackcurrant and mulberry, with cocoa and hickory building complexity. Balanced acidity and velvety, chocolate edged tannins draw the wine to a long, gratifying close.
