Intense, saturated purple colour. The bouquet is liquorice, black pepper and ripe blood plums with hints of toasty oak. The medium to full bodied is bright and lithe with mulberry, cherry and black pepper, supporting toasting oak and a focusing thread of acidity. Drink now or cellar for up to a decade from the vintage.

Aussimento Double Pass Shiraz 2020
Dark ruby red. Strawberry and dried herbs with toasty notes from French and American oak. This full-bodied red wine has rich berry fruit flavours with spice and chocolatey oak richness. The medium tannins and well-balanced acid provides a plush rounded finish to the wine.

Calcannia Clare Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2019
Dark purple with deep red. Licorice and spice with black current cassis. Up front sweet cherry and plumb fruits, which then gives way to licorice and black cherry. The medium-firm tannins on the end palate provides a well-balanced wine with length and character.

Calcannia Clare Valley Grenache Shiraz Mouvedre 2019
Dark purple with red hues. Blackberry and blueberry bramble with spice and elegant oak. This medium bodied wine displays black cherry, raspberry and strawberry compote with medium tannins and soft acid providing length and balance to the wine. Seasoned oak maturation has allowed this wine to express its vibrant fruit flavour.

Flavabom Vine Dried Shiraz 2020
Deep red colour with rich and powerful raspberries, blueberries and dark cherries that fill the mouth. The palate is balanced by silky tannins, generous ripe fruit flavours and spice.

Thomson Estate Old Pumphouse Shiraz 2021
Red cherry, cinnamon with a spicy bouquet and subtle aromas of oak and cured meats.
