Flavabom Field White 2019
A secret mix, in an ancient practice, of co-harvesting and blending in the field. Co-fermenting rather than post blending, allows the fruits flavours to develop in synergy, resulting in a naturally harmonious wine.
($20 member price ) | $25.00
A field blend of muscadelle, chenin blanc, colombard and semillon, co-fermented resulting in a textural, savoury drink. Peachy, musk, spicy and succulent, grippy from neat phenolics and so satisfying.
Hits all the right notes
A co-fermented wine yielded from a 'secret' meld of grape varieties, inspired by a field blend. A billowing textural chew, a gentle waft of oak and ample stone fruit to vanilla pod allusions, with the pedal on apricot and rooibos tea. This is a good drink, hitting all the right points: flavour, texture and balance.
smoky, toasty, nutty
Nose of white fruits and white flowers with smoky, toasty, and nutty hints. Complex palate with light finish.
Pale yellow with honey edges. Tropical fruits and citrus aromas with lifted white flowers. Slippery and long lasting on the palate, it delivers a luscious fruit expression of pear, citrus and fresh pineapple. A voluptuous wine that craves to be served with food.
